After joining the Air Force, my career in service evolved into 21 years of honorable military leadership, culminating in a distinguished retirement. That experience paved the way for high-impact executive roles—directly influencing over 35,000 employees and championing policies that advanced equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion across federal agencies and the military. This passion for progress inspired the founding of Elevate Momentum Group, LLC, a platform dedicated to delivering world-class consulting, people solutions, and leadership development.
